BOOK AVAILABLE NOW: The Art of Transformation. A Daily Approach to Uplifting Your Life.

When I was young, I grew up with my mother and two younger sisters. My parents divorced when I was six, and the divorce ended our financial and emotional stability. It was a challenging time. Eventually, my mother became dependent on alcohol and my father moved overseas. They were both lovely people with big life challenges, but they did not have the skills to create the healthy loving environments their children needed.

Because of this, I sought out love and acceptance in all the wrong places. I made poor choice after poor choice and I had zero self love. But what I did have was a force within me that was powerful – my inner voice, or inner knowing. That voice always reminded me I could try anything in this lifetime, and that I could be anyone I wanted to be. I just needed to keep reaching higher and take one step after another.

I grew up believing in my potential, however I didn’t receive the same support. I believe my drive to prove my potential was likely built because so many people around me – teachers, parents and friends – did not believe in me. I was often undervalued, put down, was told I did not have much potential. They often tried to keep my dreams small or ‘more realistic’. I denounced their views, but it has taken many years of self work to dismantle those stories. I found my courage and kept my dreams big. I forged a path that I had never seen anyone else create for themselves.

I have created the life I always wanted. My path wasn’t without heartaches, failures, poor choices that lead to challenging outcomes, or feelings of being gripped by fear. However, I have discovered that all those perceived missteps were the steps that helped me discover what I wanted in life. They continue to.  I have created the life I want by following my heart, my truth. I listen to what it is that I need, and I have an intimate relationship with myself and I honor my needs and desires first.

Today I live a life that I am happy to be in. Because I am comfortable in myself, I am OK with not being liked. I can make choices based on what is best for me, instead of what someone else thinks I should do. I feel at peace, I feel a richness in my life, and when I am not feeling these things, I am capable of taking time to reconnect with myself to allow the discomforts to move through me. I have a loving home, a daughter who teaches me to let go and trust, a business that brings me joy when I walk through the doors, a career that continues to grow and evolve and friends that make my heart smile and my life full. I go to bed every night feeling grateful.

I did this by learning to trust myself, by forging past what society thought I should be doing. A lot of these skills were developed through an unwavering commitment to my own practice of being aware of my patterns, my unhealthy responses to life, my habits that don’t serve me and my desire to live without feeling shackled by fears.  I developed these skills through my yoga practice, my continued self development and the wisdoms of my teachers.

You have your own path. No one else has been through the life you have been through, no one has experienced your highs and lows, your joys and sorrows. No one else has your stories. You are unique, and creating the life you want is something only you can do, but I can help you on your path.

You have created your reality with every word, thought and action in your life. I can help you see what you are unable to see from your own lens.

I have taken all the experiences, studies, spiritual practices and wisdom’s life has provided to design my 50 hour Create The Life You Want Life & Yoga Immersion. This course is designed for those who are ready to make some changes in their lives. If you are ready to decide your future and create some shifts in your life, this training could be ideal for the next part of your journey.

I love this work. It is what lights me up because I get the opportunity to help others find their purpose. I help others discover the things that hold them back and we move through the big shifts together. It is where I thrive, helping you create the life you want.

I hope to see you there
with love
Noelle
