50 Hour Yoga Immersion

A 50 Hour Yoga Immersion designed to guide you into a greater understand of yourself & the ancient practice of yoga.

Are you ready to step into the brilliance of who you are? To unclutter your mind and develop skills that allow you to find grace in your day to day, even when life turns upside down.

In this course you’ll explore aspects of yourself, by stepping into the practice of yourself. Yoga means ‘Union’ :: Union to Mind, Body and Spirit. You will learn skills that will help awaken the known and unknown in yourself and discover ways to implement the ancient teachings into our modern day world.

We will do a lot of self exploration with guidance and examine your current place in the world and where you want to move towards. With that insight we will work together to help devise a plan for your future and your heart.

Group work is fundamental in this course, working with a group and being accountable to a group as you dive deep into your own experiences and ingrained belief’s of who you are. The collective of the groups that come together are ALWAYS incredibly powerful and consistently offers profound experiences.

If you are ready to show up in your life this work is for you. You will be challenged on many levels, including physical, emotional and spiritually. You will leave this course a changed person.

There are a number of guest teachers that will bring their teachings in compliment of what we will be learning. Expect sound healing, nutritional work, deeper body work, and incorporation of dreams and the archetypes that manifest and offer teachings in your dreams.

Expect a supportive and nurturing environment, filled with love and honesty. Immense shifts require immense inner work.

Noelle’s life journey has given her the experiences that lead her into searching for something to help ground and keep her in the present. That’s when the practice of yoga became a  part of her life over 14 years ago. Her teachings are influenced by several traditions including hatha, anusara and early introductions to ashtanga yoga. Noelle’s practice and teachings are full of life, soul & the endless inspirations that this life provides. She will challenge you in mind and body while artfully finding movements that inspire inner connection. She believes Yoga is about finding love, light and connection in your body and most importantly having fun & laughter in your own practice.

Thriving In The Age Of Anxiety

Have you every felt overwhelmed? Had waves of uncontrolled anxiety? Felt uneasy for long periods, or feel like being stressed has become a normal state of being for you? Do you ever experience social anxiety and overwhelm? Would love to learn how to quiet your mind, and find ways to feel comfortable with adversity? Finding your addiction to phone, social media, foods, people etc immensely distracting and unproductive.
This course will give you methods, tools and skills to help make the shifts in your life to move away from feeling anxious and stressed. Shannon and Noelle have created this healing course in order to give you tools to help with the ways in which you may feel unsupported and a bit lost.

You will learn how to make simple lifestyle shifts and change what you eat, drink, and supplement to decrease stress and anxiety.
