Dear one, the journey of life is a consistent offering of emotions, this is happening because you’re meant to feel all the things – our emotions help us connect to our aliveness. The universe, God, the divine, or whatever you connect to in order to know you’re not alone – wants you to feel. Your emotions are the only way to wake you up from your mind and shake you into your body.

The great divine, the energy that is helping guide your life, only knows how get your attention by the invocation of big feelings; the ones provoked by lose, grief, change, love, sex, intimacy, birth, death, money, smell, joy, sight and imagination.

Your life is meant to be a journey of feeling and finding peace within the emotions, whether it’s intense joy or deep sorrow.

Hence the thundering of sensation that arises within you, it’s meant to remind you to breath, to feel into whatever emotion is cresting within. To help invoke the wisdoms that arise through your feelings. It’s when the wisdom of your breath breaches the edges of deep feelings, it’s where you learn to navigate the things that pull you out of you’re peaceful loving presence.

Stay steady in the unknown

Stay steady in the growth

Stay steady in the pain

Stay steady in the ecstasy

Stay steady in the practice of coming back to presence, that’s what creates the steadiness and peace.

Life is an interplay, meaning it always wants to play and engage in meaningful ways.

It calls our attention. Most of the time we miss it, because we’re caught in our minds or our suffering.

The calling is constant, it’s not loud, but it is consistent. It calls us in spontaneous ways, in conflict, in excitement, in feelings that we want to mute, in the ordinary and the unusual. The invitation to notice is always there, it’s simply the practice of getting still and noticing that’s your role.

You need to listen and play amongst the calling. To engage with, not fight against the information arising in your body.

Stay and learn to tame the fear of knowing. The fear of making change. The fear of moving in a new direction. Stay-in-the-feeling. See how your life could change if you stopped moving and avoiding. There is a guide with you at all times, the loneliness is fear just trying to take over. Trust in something more, in something grander than you’re worries, you’ll find peace and maybe even a love like you’ve never imagined.

Love,

Noelle
