Dear one, this is a loving reminder – perhaps you’ve forgotten or just need a gentle reminder. In case you’re unaware, I want to remind you that you’re being held by great forces and the laws of your world are designed to bring you into alignment with many of your desires.
This world yearns for you to realize your own goodness, your own creativity, and your capacity to hold love for yourself.
In the midst of your day-to-day life, how often do you acknowledge all the good that exists within you?
Rarely or maybe never?
How often do you nurture or connect with your loving nature? I’m not talking about the things you do for your family and friends, or the volunteerism you give your time to. I mean the loving current that is alive in your body. The place where everything is right, and nothing needs repair.
To nurture is to care for, to support the development and growth of your own life is part of self-care. Tend to yourself in a way that helps you develop and feel supported.
Most of us are so thirsty for love, for the kind of love that holds our pain, that see’s our shadow side and honours its existence. We yearn for tenderness; we desire to be seen without being judged for our rawness.
When was the last time, you looked at yourself, in a mirror, saw the reflection gazing back and your self-talk was kind and without criticism?
In order to let go we must trust. In order to feel love, we must first love ourselves in order to be able to nurture our wounds and see our goodness.
When was the last time you let your body surrender without striving for perfection? Many of us spend our lives striving to fix all that we think is wrong. We live with so much heaviness that we forget how to (or never learned) release the stacks of worry and sit in a calm mind.
In the midst of any darkness you’ve faced, when did you last hold your hands to your face and be gentle and loving?
Does your mind constantly share thoughts of not being good enough, or does it speak words of love, kindness, and appreciation?
It’s so easy, in a world that seeks perfectionism to believe that we’re not enough. It’s a world that was created to capture your money and your self-worth. A world created on business that wants you to feel bad so that you buy all the things you need to feel better.
The thing is, we apply that belief system to everything, we believe we’re not good enough in relationships, in work, as parents, and as partners. We forget that intrinsically we’re powerful and gentle, kind and loving, and that we’re talented and still learning.
Whatever you do today, speak the kindest words to yourself. Remind yourself of all the good you are, of all the things you’ve accomplished in the last year, and beyond. Of all the growth you’ve had from the hard times, and of how much your worth. Don’t get sidetracked with beliefs that say otherwise.
You’re incredible just as you are. You have everything you need. For today stop striving, stop pushing, stop creating thoughts of not being good enough. See your beauty, inside and out. Summon your goodness and remind yourself that you’re a generous, kind, strong, patient human who is deeply loved and your gifts are needed in this world.
With love,
Noelle
